Refund Policy
REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT
Each affiliate has the right to a refund of the fees paid for the purchase of products/materials or services, in the event that they do not meet the characteristics declared by AnaHera International LLC, within 7 (seven) days of their receipt by sending a specific email with subject: “Refund request” to this email address: [email protected].
The request must be accompanied by any explanatory photos and/or detailed indications of the mismatch in the characteristics of the product/service declared by AnaHera International LLC. The refund will be made by AnaHera International LLC within 7 (seven) days following receipt of the request. In the event that the defects concern gift products, AnaHera International LLC may request the return of the same before making the refund according to the methods that it will indicate to the affiliate via specific e-mail.
Once the refund has been obtained, the affiliate will still continue to use the free contents offered by AnaHera International LLC and those already purchased.
